There are a few French girl clich\u00e9s that haven’t really lasted (looking at you red berets<\/a>), but one that has is French ballet flats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ballet flats have been my favorite everyday shoe for years. They are one of the French girl shoe essentials<\/a> and I see at least one pair on someone in France every day when it\u2019s not winter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can wear ballet flats with jeans, skirts, pants, and just about any outfit you can think of. They can be dressed up or down and that\u2019s what makes them such an essential shoe in my closet! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
